Always a pleasant stay

We stay at Bally’s quite often and never have a complaint!! Rooms are always super clean! The whole hotel is very clean. Staff is always nice. Beds and pillows are comfy. Love the casino as well.

Didn't know they had a "dog floor", which is where my room was. But you'd never know it. The hallway was clean and qiuet. Rooms were spacious, bathroom was amazing and I loved the separate tub and shower.

The check in was great. The room was clean and spacious. The food was good. I had fish and shrimp and it was perfect. The casino wasn't bad. Room service didn't clean the room. Not enough towels and nothing to stir the coffee with. Overall a nice 2 day stay.

We showed up for iur 4pm check in at 4:35... our room was not cleaned. Was told that we would get a call when our room was ready. At 5:30 we returned to the front desk and found our room was cleaned but no one had called to let us know. We got our keys and made it to our room, only to find the key did not get us into our room. Had to go back to the front desk and the clerk insinuated the keys not working was MY fault. The keys were reprogrammed and we went back to our room, and the keys AGAIN did not work. Finally maintenence was called and had to reprogram the door lock. No one apologized. We did not get into our room until after 6pm and we were late for our prior engagement. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

We didn't stay! The description claim to be pet friendly. After traveling 3-4 hours we were told no cats! So we have quickly find a place to stat
