It was over booked. We was put in subpar rooms in another hotel. Itntook 2 hours for them to get us rooms in another hotel. It was my kids Honeymoon night. This was a terrible experience. Will nevernforget this. I should get a full refund this was paid 3 weeks before stay.

The thought of having a reservation and room not being ready late in evening upon our arriving and we never got phone call or text regarding the delay. I liked the convenience of casino, night club and dining, however l was a bit upset about NO POOL. How can you be a resort without a pool.

The hotel staff was amazing. The wait staff all round the hotel and casino were slow AF. The room was really nice but I felt unsafe with all the in and out of homeless in the casino and hotel area. I was asked for money 3 times. I enjoyed myself but needs improvement.

Our door was kicked in
When we arrived at 7:50 pm to check in they said the room was still being cleaned and it would be a while until we told them we had a pet with us that had been left off our reservation on their sight. Then they have us a room. The toilet was running when we got in here, one of dresser drawers is broken and so is the phone in the room. Then at 1am we have a person breaking into our room and luckily the locks were on or they would have gotten all the way in on a mix up from front desk and check in. Very terrifying and scary.
