The second night was noisy. Kids keep running back and forth in the room above. The breakfast was disappointing, especially the fruit, it was awful.

The hotel was nice however we did not get to sleep because a smoke alarm started going off all night long. We had plans to attend an event and we had to cancel and drive back to Houston because we have not had any sleep. The hotel staff got very rude when we expressed our concern. I was very upset that I didn’t get any sleep and I had to cancel going to the even I drove here for to begin with. Also the air conditioner shut off in the middle of the night and the room got really hot. We were miserable staying at this property.

Unpleasant Stay
My stay started out very well, everything was nice an clean thr staff was very nice and attentive. Around 4 a.m. thr fire alarm befan to ring which woke us up startling us. We were half sleep and very confused, once we checked everything out an went back to sleep it began to ring again. It continued to do this for a total of 5 times which after that we were unable to return ro sleep which was a very big inconvenience for us giving the high rate and price of this Hotel. It was a very terrible experience and i dont think I'd stay again.
