C’mon Hilton you are better than that!
Overall okay. Nothing special. Kind of expensive for what you got. Breakfast was not included and $16 buffet was terrible. Ordering off menu was an option but service was too slow. They need to get 1/2 and 1/2 for coffee or at least milk. Coffee was bad also.

Nice hotel with a few minor inconveniences
Nice, clean hotel. Felt safe and well attended. A few inconveniences—new tv didn’t work and staff couldn’t fix it, no hand soap in bathroom, missing hand towels in bathroom. It was late when we arrived so after maintenance and to look at the tv, I didn’t bother calling for the items that the room was missing. I would stay there again.

We really wanted to like this hotel. The restaurant served a really good fried chicken sandwich. The wait staff was great. Our biggest issue was our toilet stopped flushing. We called the front desk at six a.m. to get maintenance to fix it, apparently maintenance didn’t come in till 630. So we went down to breakfast, and came back after 7 o’clock. Our toilet still wasn’t fixed. We ended up having to use the lobby bathroom. Unacceptable.
