I barely slept because there was a train that went by every 30 min and blew its whistle. It was terrible. It should be the first thing they mention in the description and location if it's that's close to a train crossing. I rate it a poor because even though the place was overall clean and the people nice, I was there to sleep and I didn't sleep at all.

I have stayed in this facility quite a few times but the cleanliness of the room is hit and miss. This time it was miss. Although the from was quite and the beds were comfortable but the from carpet looked as it had not been vacuumed and cleaned. Also the bathroom shower had mold and did not appear clean.

Proximity is close to river district. A little confusing with two Holiday Inns right across the street from each other Property was clean and hot breakfast served as posted. Front clerk was friendly but staff serving breakfast was not.

The room was dated, bathroom old just appearance dirty. No soap in the shower. Husband had to stand in shower for over 10min while I went down to lobby to get soap. Not enough washrags and towel for 3 people in the room. which is what the reservation was for. As waiting on soap another customer was also waiting for towels.
