In the middle of downtown Shreveport so if events are going on it could be a little noisy. Room was spacious and bed comfy.

The parking lot was fairly safe but did leave me with a aense of feeling unsafe. The entire hotel looked old and needed to be upgraded. It was dirty with an unkept appearance. My room was okay and clean but old.

Its was the worse!! Bugs / ants in the tub and on floor. A smelled like a old smoked out nursing home. Spots on sheets. Bug like substance on bedding. Bugs in window seals. A/C didnt cool good.
