The bed in 519 5th floor needs replacing. When you pay 148.00 and gamble and eat you should have a bed that your side is literally sunken in. Come on now! Do better.

I didn’t like that there was no coffee in the room or coffee bar downstairs. No fox network in the rooms that was crazy couldn’t watch the football game thanksgiving day. Loved the casino and room was clean.

Casino was great ! Hotel room was very poor, bathroom was not cleaned properly, no hot water in the shower and to much noise from the air handling equipment.

The Horseshoe Hotel in Bossier City does offer alot within the hotel especially if you are going strictly for the hotel and what it has to offer. I did feel that the hotel is alittle dated in areas(especially the rooms) and needs attention. The staff seemed lacking but were very friendly. The surrounding area doesn't really offer the enjoyment it use to offer and its not worth leaving the hotel. Anything else worth seeing is a drive or an uber trip. Overall not sure if its completely worth the cost to stay there again but was cool to revisit that is only because I’m not a casino person.

At check in I was told I’d reserved a king room when I had actually reserved 2 queen beds. I was told they did not have any more double queen rooms available but when I checked their website, they had a few queen rooms still available.
