The hotel was great. Friendly staff. Due to a football game, the hotel was packed Saturday night. Front desk was extremely hospital allowing us to park in the front as there were no spaces remaining

The staff was excellent here. It was a packed house this weekend and they had some issues. That said, they handled it with class. On the down note, my uncle got food poisoning from there that morning so that's why I had to drop the cleanliness rating.

Friendly staff

The beds are hard. Thin walls. Cleanliness around the grab bars were dirty as well as the air conditioner. The staff was wonderful especially the one training that loved my cup.

Home Away from Home

Everyone was very nice...The only take away was the cleaning wasn't the best hair in my bed and on the wall of the bathtub..I was expected a walk in shower do to Chronic pain but I made due..Understand sometimes things can't get accomodated.I would stay here again because i am always in Shreveport for appointments

Lobby, breakfast, and pool were great. However there needs to be more attention to detail with house keeping. Pulled out the sofa bed and there were some weird pill packets and trash on the sofa bed. Brought to attention of front desk and they told me to remove the trash and handed me new sheets. Just not professional or caring.
