For a quick overnight stay, it was close to the airport and it was clean. Only downside was a slight odor in room and the television did not work. But overall it did the job. Staff were friendly.

We arrived and had a very smooth checknin process. The young man was very polite and helpful. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, and in good shape. The staff was very responsive. Latesha was amazing. The breakfast was excellent. We wiuld definitely recommend this hotel

the room i had originally booked had a broken microwave so i asked to see if there was a way we could fix it but they offered to switch us to another room. the staff there was very helpful and polite and made it seamless but that wasn’t the overarching issue. the room we had been switched to was barely cleaned. i’m talking like they only changed the sheets and towels then ignored EVERYTHING ELSE. the toilet was filthy with it covered in urine and even had a PUBIC HAIR on the seat. the trash wasn’t taken out, the fridge had food left it in from the previous guest, the countertops had liquid marks which meant they weren’t wiped down, which made the overall stay uncomfortable. i usually like to wipe counters in hotels when i book rooms because i understand that they can’t clean everything in the room but this was actually unacceptable. on top of that, the fire alarm kept going off at midnight, which someone may have triggered it so i understand things happen but just everything accumulated just made me feel like booking here wasn’t worth it at all. i called after i had finished my stay because it was only one night but when i asked to have a refund, they could only give me 60% percent off. i understand i asked for the refund after my stay so i wasn’t totally mad about it but it was just overall uncomfortable and gross and i would not book here again.

I have an electric car and one of the reasons for choosing your hotel was because I'd be able to charge overnight. But your chargers did not work. Big disappointment.

Definitely would stay here again! The hotel was nicely remodeled, easy check in, comfortable bed, and all of the staff were very nice and courteous! Also as a solo female traveler, safety is always a top priority and I felt completely safe there the entire time.

We just needed a clean place with a clean room and comfortable bed for a one night stay on our way home from our trip. This met our goals. It was reasonably priced,the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk was friendly and professional. The breakfast was just the usual waffle maker, breads and cereals, along with one protein(sausage patties), sausage and white gravy with biscuits, and scrambled eggs. The coffee was good and there was real milk and juices available along with several condiments like jams, peanut butter, etc. I was happily surprised that there was Nutella available. Yum. It was the best breakfast offer from the various hotels we stayed at on this road trip.
