For this price and the age of the building its very nice. Clean room great A/C. You can park right at your door. The best option in shreveport without spending double the money for a New hotel. The gentleman at check in was very nice
I never got a chance to stay took my money and wanted me to pay even more never got a refund apology or anything the front desk lady was rude and even told me she didn’t no why I was paying 170 more that didn’t make since
This was an old property in need of updating terribly. Get the carpet out of the room! staff were friendly and room was clean. Good size refrigerator and convenient access to car. Bathroom needed updating also but it was clean.
Horrible Receptionist and Management
Long story short I was on my way in town had a friend to pick up the key for me because I was gonna arrive kinda late and pick up the key from my friend who is on the reservation just for that purpose. Got to the hotel and I cannot stay there because of personal issues she had with the person who was picking up the key. Well fine she left so I came there to pick up the key for myself since she couldn’t do it. Which is understandable but after I got there she refused my service and would not refund me the hotel said I got there too late I booked it at 9 and got there at 11 said she couldn’t refund my room because I came too late

Was kinda skeptical of the price but the room was clean no bugs no problems they even let me check in for an early fee of $15 ..if u need cheap stop this is it also have microwave and refrigerator
I asked to pay cash deposit, they refused. It been 7 days and now they claim that it's my bank. Found a dirt mites on my skin after sleeping on the bed. Old food was left in the refrigerator from last guest. Staff promised me that my deposit would be back in my card in a few days!
Bugs. There were roaches. Upon walking into the room, a roach fell on my head. Went to the front desk clerk (who was polite and professional), told her of my experience. Told her I would like a refund. She told me to call Expedia. I called Expedia who told me they’d have to contact the hotel for a refund. I’m 24 hours out and likely won’t get refunded my $166.
Overall, the hotel was run down. Poorly cared for. It looked like homeless people were living in the stairwells.
This place was awful.
From check in and through entire stay, this has been by far a tragic experience…This hotel was listed as luxury room HOWEVER, it was extremely a dump and not comparable to the worst motel 6!!! The room had not been cleaned, cigarette butts and other trash thrown throughout carpet, worn drapes with holes all over, filthy bathroom with peeling tub, mold around caulking and cracked ceiling. We have been bitten several times from the knats & mosquitoes…..I snapped pics of ALL for proof when I report my dissatisfaction to Hotels.com
