Receptionist beyond rude when checking in to hotel, even to other employees who were actually doing a good job helping other customers. She was very rude and not helpful. Gave us room keys and was like next. Didn't tell us what room, what floor, where elevators were, just wanted us away from check in area. They weren't even busy. Other guest saw us wondering around and helped us. Then was woke up at 5am to a strong smell of sewage. Room was nice, clean no complaints about room. Now casino staff and employees were awesome, nice, helpful 5 stars all the way once we got to casino.

Great stay! Staff was the sweetest, I believe her name was Erin or Airin. Rooms were very clean and spacious, the only con was parking across the street in the semi sketchy garage and walking to the hotel. I was alone so this is the only reason this was a con, the walk wasn’t too too far so groups or couples would be fine. I’d advise women to be mindful. Still give the stay 4.5/5 stars!

Finding a place in Shreveport

We like to stay in Shreveport. First time at Sam’s Town. It’s ok. Better than Ballys. Limited games in casino. We Ubered to margaritaville. Food good. Casino games good. We heard Horseshoe is good and Margaritaville Margaritaville is the best. Casino there is better. Have not been in the rooms.
