We did enjoy the pool and the jacuzzi pool. Although there was a sign stating POOL CLOSED, we were told it was ok to use it. There was another couple using the pool while we were. It's not promoted much, but we enjoyed the quiet surroundings. We ate in Smoking Joe's for breakfast. The decor was interesting. The only issue was it wasn't crowded but everyone was set right next to each other. A customer by us talked on his phone for 30+ minutes loud enough for everyone to be annoyed. You can't control a customer but you can put some distance between them. We stayed on the 16th floor and when we stepped off the elevator every time, we could catch a high from the weed being smoked in a room near the elevator lobby.

Nice, but not so nice!

It was clean, but smelled musty, the maid came in and sprayed air freshner which helped. The refrigerator was not working, but maintaince came and replaced it. One of the phones was not working well, maintance replaced it, but i got another phone which did not work well, i just left that alone because the other phone worked fine. Overall it was a nice place to stay, there were homeless people that hung around otside the front of the hotel fumbling through the trash and picking up used cigarettes.

Would have been nice to have a couple of chairs to be able to sit in while watching tv. There was a chair for the desk area but not a comfortable chair to lounge in. Sitting on the side of the bed to watch tv doesn’t work. There was plenty of room in the room for a couple of chairs.

Not What We were Promised

We booked two Queen sized beds. They confirmed. We got two double beds. We confirmed the Gold Member add on. $10 free soda drink if we billed it to the room. Checked the receipt and they did not give us credit. Kind of disappointed.

The room was not bad. Out of date a touch meaning no usb ports and no extra plugs to plug in phone charger by the bed. Restaurants, on property avoid at all cost. Food was nasty almost inedible. Casino was dirty and elevators were out of order. Area around property was an eyesore. Would not recommend this property at all. Unpleasant experience.
