Staff was great, especially explaining what we could expect while there. Disappointed overall as we stayed thru the week and it's definitely a weekender's casino. Only the snack shop was open Monday & Tuesday, no other restaurants. Most of the areas were closed until the weekend and even then, they were closed until evening hours. The bonus was the adult pool with bar - it was open normal hours.

Room that we stayed in door didn’t properly close, room never cooled off even with the a/c set at 60 the whole time & the shower didn’t work even tho we called 2 times to have someone look at it and no one showed up. And I still have received my refund and it has been past the 10 day mark

The place is not as new as advertised. Cleanliness is quite subjective. I did not think it was that great mainly because it is an old hotel badly requiring new renovation.AC was not working well. Furniture sofa in the room appeared old. We switched to another room, and the sofa in the new room looked as old as the old room.

The hot tub was hot! Loved it. Casino is small and needs updated. They let us park our motorcycle right outside valet parking which was very nice and secure .
