We had a junior suite with a river view and it was amazing! Largest bathroom I’ve ever been into at any hotel ever, and I love how there was a separate area to do my makeup. The staff was super nice and accommodating! The room and whole hotel and casino is super clean and very well kept. I will definitely be back! :)

Went to comedy show in casino and decided to stay. Very clean and friendly staff to help with whatever you need. Security visible throughout the property.

The check in safe did not go over all the amenities. I was told I had a $10 room credit then to find out they never activated it. One of the female bartenders in the casino only complained about how she didn’t want to be at work and how much she hated it. Overall clean, staff in restaurants nice, spa and staff was amazing!

The water had a bad odor. The 1st room water pressure was too low from the bathroom sink. The room was hot. The beds were uncomfortable.

Very outdated . We got a great rate and a big room but it comes with issues . Biggest was having a homeless person beg for money to me at the bar . Felt very unsafe gambling there. They held my winnings for over 2 hours . Valet looks like it’s been closed for a real long time. Keys didn’t work in the elevator we had to get new ones. Issues with my payment which never happens I’m a platinum member . They blamed it on thier out dated software Dyor

Check in was great! Got to room and tv didn’t work. All components to tv had been unplugged, so we had to put it all back together to get it to work. Bathtub/shower needs to be resurfaced so that it’s not so slick or leave a slip mat in bathrooms because I fell in the shower.
