They didn’t put me in the system and at 7am in the morning, someone tried to get into the room. When I went to the desk to complain, the person could not care one bit. I asked if the person that tried entering my room had let them know that there was someone in there and she said “yes”. I asked why didn’t they notify me and she said “because we didn’t have your info”. She said she would put in the system for that room, but didn’t take my information, which makes me believe that they either had it all the time or she did the same thing the other hotel worker did and not set me up for that room. I spent the next night worried that someone would try to get in my room again.

Photos did not match what was in our room. Supposed to be non smoking and was very smoky. Me and my family all woke up with coughs and congested. If we hadn’t got there in the middle of the night and had kids needing to sleep I would’ve tried to leave and get my money back. Extremely outdated. Photos bamboozled us and would love a refund for the price I had to pay.

Going down, no love on the elevator.

Hotel is in need of a good thorough cleaning. Upon leaving the hotel the elevator was out of service. Being senior citizens we had to lug luggage 3 flights of stairs. Front desk claims she didn't know the elevator was out of service till I told her. Whose is steering the ship?

Shreveport hotels out past the airport are all mid-level, meaning no Marriott's or Hiltons. There is Hilton Garden Inn, La Quinta, Sleep Inn. Those level hotels. Sleep Inn is as nice as the rest. They do have an indoor pool an jacuzzi which is nice. Best part its next to a mexican resturant, a Cracker Barrel, and thw Walmart.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The room was exactly as promised and breakfast was very good. The pool was a bit cold for adults to swim but our granddaughter had a blast!

It was a quick overnight stay. The bed was super comfy. Only negative is that the sink in out room was not designed for a 5'2" person. I had to tiptoe while brushing my teeth. 😆

Hotel staff at check in was very prompt Hotel condition was very dated and dingy from the carpet, furniture, walls, and fixtures. Elevator, halls, and as the night went on- our room smelled like weed. Very disappointing.

This hotel has easy access on and off I -20 and located on a quiet street away from casinos and other all-night/ late night establishments which makes it family-friendly yet it is conveniently located close to many restaurants, fast food and shopping. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean with easy access. The breakfast had a good selection
