Very close and convenient to the hospital. There are train tracks running alongside the hotel. Front desk personnel are helpful. Only reason I am giving it 4/5 stars is because it is not a full service hotel. Will definitely stay there again. Great value.

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel. The first night we had no hot water in the shower. When I asked abt it the next day the lady at the front desk (who wasn’t too friendly) said yes, but someone was suppose to check on that yesterday. So they put us in the room without seeing if it was fixed! It did get fixed after I reported it. I have to say everyone else besides this one lady was very friendly.

I booked room with 2 beds. When I arrived I asked to have a room with a shower. Got upstairs to a room with only 1 bed. Had to go back downstairs to get room with shower and TWO beds. Then called front desk to request nonslip mat for shower bc it was too slippery. The janitor brought up a TOWEL! Hotel didn’t have any non slip grip mats. Y’all are asking for lawsuit ! It’s too slippery. My daughter was using a crutch bc of knee injury ! Had to put many towels down for her not to slip

Nasty, Don't stay here! Smelled like sewage
Don't stay here for any reason. The staff is rude, disrespectful and has poor customer service. There were roaches and ants everywhere. Bed bugs covered the bed and the toilets were brown and the shower was filled with mildew. Just nasty!!!
