"一泊お 世話になりました、小学生の修学旅行と一緒でしたが、お風呂も時間を教えてもらえたので、ゆったりお風呂も楽しめました、 お部屋もとても広いお部屋を用意してもらい、感激しました、 食事は飲み物頼んでから出てくるまでとても時間がかかって、乾杯出来ないので、料理にも手をつけられずに、スタートが遅くなり、とても困った、あと、お料理の説明も無く、して欲しかったです、 明け方お腹を壊してしまい、朝ごはんがお粥しか食べられなかったのですが、漬物が梅干ししか見当たらず、鮭フレークなどはありましたが、もう少しお粥に合う漬物が欲しかった、 全般的にゆっくりできたので、良かったです、 お世話になりました。"

"クーラーの清掃をしてないのか、つけたらカビ臭い臭いがした。 一部の客は、マスクせずチェックイン。共有スペースでのマスク着用無し感染対策がなされていない。 食事時、家族連れの母親と子供が炊飯器や味噌汁鍋の蓋を開けたまま、マスクせずに炊飯器や鍋越しに会話していて、御飯と味噌汁(初回)を食べたかったが感染リスクを考え食べなかった。御飯はお櫃、味噌汁は食事時に配膳して欲しい。せっかく楽しみにしていたが、食欲が無くなりました。食事の時、改善してもらいたい。"
