Location very easy to find. Desk staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. Amenities were thin and just the basics. The bathroom needs some maintenance and wall repairs. Rear west facing access door needs maintenance and adjusting to ensure security.

The AC worked in our room, but not in the hallways or lobby. There were fans set up in the hallways, but the halls were hot and smelled bad. The rooms were ok, but need a deep cleaning. I saw one worker, he was friendly.

Sidney Comfort Suites

Good solid hotel in Sidney. Friendly check in, pretty clean and updated interior. Downsides were it location near the freeway with only a truck stop nearby, but the town and more restaurant choices were a short drive away. Would stay again

Arrived close to midnight. Phone sat at the front stating to call 416 and we saw a patron in the main area. We called 5-6 times on the phone, no response. The other patron tried and then began knocking on the door to the office, no response. Patron stated he has lived there a year and proceed to invite us to his room. We were two women out of town and afraid of who this person is and just wanted a staff member. 8-10 minutes later a sloppy dressed man comes out the back with no shoes or socks on and looks to have been woken up. Never checked out IDs. Took our word for it and scanned my friends card. Next morning at 8:45 am your maid walks into our room, while we slept. No knock, no announcement, just walks right in and opens the door. I call downstairs and the lady said “so did you need late check out?” I asked when check out was for her to tell me 11 am. So I asked why I would need a late check out if it is 8:45. She had no response but seemed to imply we should be gone by then and it was okay for the maid to just walk in on guests and if we were gone it would have been fine. But because we weren’t, more of an our issue thing. Found dead bugs in the shower. Overall it was a nightmare.
