My only complaint is that we booked a suite, the elevator was not working so they had to charge our room as I cannot walk up and down stairs safely. The replacement room was adequate but not quite what I had in mind when I booked the room. We knew our son and his family would be coming to our room at least one of the days we were there so I was hoping for a sitting area. The fact there is a nice courtyard with a fire pit, charcoal grill and traeger did make up for that as we were able to BBQ outside, sit and visit. I will stay there again
Hotel was very nice. Room comfy. Staff very friendly. Pool needed towels and chlorine smell was overwhelming though. Walking by hotel left much to be desired as there was really nothing to do in this area. It was great to have a McDonalds basically in the same parking lot. Didn’t have their breakfast so can’t comment on that.

The latch was completely snapped off so we couldn't lock our door like we wanted. The air conditioner from the next room was so loud, it vibrated our bed like it was an old fashioned coin operated massage bed. And it sounded even worse like an air compressor with a loose bolt in the oilfield. And then there was not even a drop of coffee to be had in the morning. Beds and pillows, not comfortable at all. And I don't like to write bad reviews but this is not ok.
Of the hotels I have stayed in across Eastern Montana, this one is one of the better ones and for a great price. Overall the property is very clean, beds are comfortable. There is a larger than normal amount of sound transfer between rooms. Luckily the noisy kid running noises ended and it wasn't an issue. The pool was fine, the hot tub was very heavily chlorinated which made it almost painful to be in for very long. The internet was down the whole time we were there which was inconvenient but they seemed to be working on upgrades so I am sure that's a temporary problem.
Jimmy, the manager, and his staff were amazing! They were very attentive to all of the guest’s needs and made us feel like home! Definitely would stay there again!
This was a great hotel for my family of 5 and my pets. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was ready early on a Saturday morning which was a nice surprise. All of the staff were super kind and helpful.
