A very good hotel for the travelling visitor. Easy location. Close to main rail station ( approx 500m. ) Walkable to all the main sites. Lovely city for the visitor interested in architecture , history and religion.

Breakfast was good. Front desk stuff polite and very helpful. Cleaning average. Strong cleaning detergent was used in our room and we had hard time sleeping due to the strong detergent smell. Sheets were not changed after room cleaning. We stayed for 2 nights. We booked 2 double rooms. One had a balcony but the other one didn’t.

We stayed in a room with an extended balcony and had a gorgeous view of the city skyline. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. A full breakfast buffet was available each morning. We were a short walk from excellent restaurant away from the more touristy areas.

Extremely scared staying one night out of the planned 3 nights here after given a ground floor room and was not able to sleep all night with the family which included young children. There was mould on the floor and wall tiles and the shower was not working properly. They were unable to provide another room and have not been reachable for over two weeks to provide me with a refund. It was extremely stressful situation and photos and reviews read prior did not reflect what was expected. I would never stay here again and disappointed with how the hotel handled this. Ruined trip.

Bed was a little hard for me and the paper thin walls made an earlier than wanted with a lady in heels on the floor above. Nice walk to the city center. Breakfast was very good.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. Good location for walking through town. Uphill from the train station, but everything is uphill in Siena.

Disappointed. Minimal Housekeeping, missed one day. Refrigerator door falling off, reported twice, never repaired in 5 days. No English channels for news or entertainment. Reserved parking was appreciated. Incorrect directions and hours of service to self laundry and other locations.
