Bathroom sink and faucet was extremely dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Had to have housekeeping come in and wipe it down (not even sure the cloth he used was clean..) One of the counter staff (blonde older lady) did not wash her hands after her use in the bathroom!!!! Not a good look

Room was fair, much like a Holiday inn. My biggest complaint was that every night around 10pm extremely loud music would start playing from a DJ in the back and go until after 2am. The bathroom smelled like mildew. Very walkable to everything.

Front desk staff were professional, kind and multilingual. Very helpful with storing luggage after checkout and help with printing museum tickets. Valet parking is easier than parking yourself at this location. Cost was €35.

Didnt like the noise from outdoor cinema which started every night at 9.30pm for 2 hours,also outdoor functions with live band or disco really loud,hotel does not warn you about this
