The accommodations are colorful and comfortable. However, there is one issue that will keep us from returning there ever again. Only upon entering the foyer to proceed to the room does the guest see a sign that proclaims "No Guns, weapons. of any kind allow on premisis.[sic] "You will be asked to leave with no refund." Now, Arizona respects the right of all U.S. citizens to carry a concealed handgun with or without a permit, or to carry openly while in this state. So it is assumed that accommodations will follow state law. The innkeeper may of course have more strict policies on their porperty - BUT THEY MUST STATE THESE POLICIES IN THE BOOKING INFORMATION WHICH GREENWAY MANOR MANAGEMENT DOES NOT DO. We have scrutinized the booking sites, and this policy is never listed. Therefore, the strict enforcement / no refund policy only seen at the last minute is incongruous and in very bad form.

I stayed in the Beatles room, it was quiet and no issues with anything. I did have lunch at their recommendation Le Cornucopia, the food and atmosphere was excellent.

We absolutely loved the Johnny Cash room here! We had a small apartment. The authentic decore really made the place comfy and inviting. The entire place is adorable and quaint with multiple outside areas to relax and unwind. The record player and albums added to our enjoyment.

The room we stayed in was full of wonderful memorabilia and the retro appliances and kichenette were fantastic. The bed was soft and the bathroom amenties were very nice. easy drive to downtown. we stayed in the David Bowie Room. Think we may check out the Johnny Cash Room next visit.

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Greenway Manor. It's fun, rooms are themed and beds were super comfy. I went with 2 ladies I've known since the 3rd grade so we stayed in the Diva Room and it was perfect. Only suggestion is to maybe have another mirror in the room to help with getting ready as the bathroom is small and the mirror is on a window making it hard and hot to get ready. Property is well taken care of and minutes from downtown and all the attractions.

Our stay at Greenway Manor was great. We were upgraded to a very nice house on the property. Proximity to old town Bisbee was easy and communication with the owner was excellent. I would recommend this property.

We fell in love with this little place! I can’t even begin to explain how clean it was! Very easy to get in and out and the owner communicated the directions so there were no issues at all. This will be our new stay every time we are in Bisbee. We were in the Cash room which was literally an apartment.

My Bisbee retreat from now on!

Perfect location for my stay, easy in and out, comfortable. The Divas room has a quaint, well-stocked kitchen, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, two burner stove. Just bring food and beverage! The bed was comfortable, new pillows, soft sheets.

The rooms are located in a beautiful 1903 house. The manager is very good about giving you information about the room, access, check-in check-out etc. It was a comfortable room with a small kitchenette. Each room had a rock n roll theme which made it fun. The downsides are that the manager is not on site, so if guests do not follow the rules there in not much you can do. Our neighbor decided to start singing loudly after 10 pm, so make sure to have earplugs. Also, the bathroom had a beautiful claw foot tub/shower combination with high sides. There is no grab rail. We found it difficult to get in and out. So, if you have mobility issues, you might see if there is a room that would accommodate you. Otherwise, it is a one of a kind house with a convenient location, lots of parking and minimal outside noise.

Was given the wrong room when we first got there. Walked into someone’s stuff in the room. I’m sure if they knew that, they wouldn’t be very happy. Didn’t know how to lock the front door when we were going out. The hosts email didn’t say anything. Bathroom mirror is way too high for us short people. No plug ins for lamps that were hanging from the wall. Curtain around tub did not fully open bc of the bar at top. No plug ins in bathroom for hair dryer. The building is 1906 so I get that it’s old but the front need repairs. Some window screens were coming off. We had some flapping in the strong wind. Loved the light switches (old style). The house had character.
