All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

Very impressive and well kept property in a quiet gated community. We did not have a car, so organizing transportation was challenging, but the grocery store is only a 20 minute walk away (for those who enjoy walking). I did not rate it 5 stars because it was difficult to communicate with the property managers in advance. They finally contacted me the day before check in, and it was not obvious that I needed to pay a balance and deposit in cash US dollars upon arrival (most places accept credit card). We worked it out, but it did add a layer of unnecessary stress - they could have simply sent a message with the balance and instructions after booking so that travellers could be better prepared.

An Exceptional Stay at Ocean Coral Spring Resort My stay at Ocean Coral Spring Resort in Trelawny was truly above my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Even though our room was not immediately available, the staff made sure we were checked in and comfortable while we waited. They even helped us find restaurants where we could have lunch, which made the wait so much easier and showed how committed they were to making sure we were taken care of from the beginning. The ambiance throughout the property was beautiful, and I absolutely loved the ship-at-sea theme. It gave the resort a unique atmosphere and made the experience feel like more than just a typical hotel stay. The nightly performances were another highlight. They were entertaining and did a wonderful job of immersing guests in the local culture. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. And the food was exceptional! Of all the restaurants, Sugarcane and the red snapper were my favorite. What stood out to me most, though, was the consistency of the hospitality. The staff continued to make us feel welcome and comfortable right up until the moment we left. Everyone we encountered was friendly and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. Even after we had checked out and left the property, someone from the management team reached out to check on how our stay went and personally thanked us for choosing Ocean Coral Spring Resort.

Very nice property. I could see the distance for one of the bedroom. Very setup and good management who delivered a good experience. The manage was so cool she took out kids to the store when we arrived.
