Love Royal Palm. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are well appointed. All hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We loved our room on first floor. I have difficulty walking and our room was perfect. Convenient to beach, parking lot, pool.

Just returned from a 5-day girls trip and we absolutely loved our stay at the Hilton vacation club Royal Palm. Our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom suite was fantastic! Clean, spacious, excellent views and very well equipped. Communication with the front desk staff was wonderful and big shout out to Kedija for accommodating all of our needs! Can’t wait to return!

The property was very nice. We have stayed here many times. The room was not the one we wanted. The air conditioner was broken in the rooms. They tried fixing it many time but, failed. The washing machine was broken. They fixed it. The dryer never worked. There was a door broken off in the bathroom.

Me my fiance and 13yr old daughter had the best time here i was concerned with everybodys review about the bar accross the street with noise it was not an issue at all. You dont hear anything in the rooms and we enjoyed it while we were walking outside. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody single with family or however youre traveling. All the food spots around were delicous. Try the local dishes!!! Our room was 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with living room kitchen washer and dryer in the room. Everything you could ask for and more. Beach was great pool was great hotel restaurant was great!!!!!!!

Central Location, Many Restaurants in Walking distance, Rooms - large Excellent. Restaurant in hotel very good & not expensive. Beach on property is so so for SXM. Better beaches are less than 3miles. Outdoor club next door has a nightly reggae or soca band!

We had a fantastic week at the Royal Palm! Travelled with our 2 teen boys, who enjoyed the beach, shuffle board area and cornhole game. Pros were our beautiful 2-bedroom suite, beach area, easy parking, and lots of fantastic restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. We had zero issue with any night noise (were worried about reviews from the nightclub across the street), but our room was on the side to the marina, maybe that helped…but even when we walked by the club later at night it did not seem overly loud. Only improvement could be for the included breakfast, which was just a voucher for the same exact breakfast every morning (bacon or sausage, eggs, potatoes and toast). Would have been nice to have some more variety for everyone for breakfast… but, other than that, was excellent. We would go back again for sure.

Front desk was very rude and unprofessional, I arrived around 1pm and supposed to wait for check in time at 4pm, but I had to wait till 5:30pm to get my room. Superviser was not helpful at all. Very bad experience.
