We had beach access and several pools to chose from. Plenty of restaurants on property and nearby. Room was great - clean and spacious. We had a one bedroom with full kitchen and murphy beds and a beautiful balcony. We were not right on the beach but a short walk and we had a large pool right outside our door. everything was very clean. Everyone was very friendly . Down fall was you had to pay for the gym but they did have free aqua classes that were very good.

With the exception of the hills. the property is okay. If you don't want to walk a lot, get a room at the villa. Walking to/from the beach from the B building is just an inconvenience and tiresome if you forget something in your room.

Location is great with two beaches available - one side has more waves but is bigger the other side is calmer. Restaurants and grocery store at walking distance. Easy to get to from the main road with secure parking if you rent a car. The only negatives I have are that the wifi was spotty and air conditioning in room wasnt cool enough. Housekeeping also missed a day and we never got extra towels we asked for. With all that said the location was excellent for us as it was a bit removed from the bustle but easily accessible.

The property is in a key location. Knowing what kind of room/ apartment to look for is key. We were given rooms facing a court yard which were very inconvenient, and after speaking to the GM and paying extra, we were moved into rooms with ocean view. The property inside is walkable, beach is very rocky and unusable on one side and small and nice on the other side of the property. Getting there early is a must to get chairs and umbrellas. They do have extra chairs with smaller umbrellas which they open when it gets busy. Food at the Beach Bar is good but service is extremely slow. The ocean is beautiful though it get very deep within a few steps into the water. The staff is friendly and everyone speaks english. There was a smell on the first floor, which disappears as you go up. They provide beach towels, however the service is from 9 ( or 10) to 5 but the beach is open ( you can request chairs and umbrellas) until 6. If you return the dirty/wet towels in the bins that they have around, you will not be able to get fresh towels the next day. You need to carry the wet towels to your room and then bring them back in the morning and exchange them for clean ones which I find ridiculous. If you lose your key card or beach towel card, there is a $50 fee to replace. Since the property is in a key location, there are many activities available for the enthusiasts. Overall we enjoyed and having been there already and know what t ask for, we would go back

We’ve stayed here twice and really enjoyed the experiences. The beach bar is great with Ziggy providing the entertainment. The food at all of the restaurants was good.

Fabulous stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by this resort! Loved our stay there esp finding so many things to do there. Several pools, grocery store, multiple restaurants and a casino all inside. The staff were super helpful, especially one lovely young lady at reception. Ms Derrinika was incredibly helpful. I recommend staying here, only suggestion is to try and get a room close to the water, the ones up the hill are a bit of a walk if you don’t have a car.

Wonderful vista, beach was great and well-maintained, as was the rest of the property. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The property is quite hilly, but the hotel provides van service on the property.

Rooms don’t get cleaned very well, I would say they do a quick cleaning, all stuff is very friendly and nice. I give 3 stars because overall is a bit outdated and for the room cleaning service but is the nicer property around.

We were in the M building which was very convenient to the beach lobby and restaurants. My daughter was in B which was ok for them but I as a 72 yr old with asthma would have needed to call a shuttle every time I wanted to come down to the beach lobby or restaurants.
