The staff at Simpson Bay Resort was courteous. When I booked I was expecting a room with two queen beds. To my surprise, my family and I walked into an apartment with a breathtaking view of Simpson Bay, along with an extremely short trip to the pool with floating bar.

The property was beautiful and clean. The room was clean and spacioius. However, the air conditioner in the room was not cooling enough for us. We had to keep the fans on all night to keep the room somewhat cooler. Someone came to check it out, and said that the AC may need gas, but the issue was not resolved. Other than that, we had a nice time.

Comfort and Location

This is a great location. There are so many food options on site and in walking distance from the hotel. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Pool and beach access makes this a great option. I would stay here again.
