The location was perfect ,the staffs (bellmen Luke and Ravi) were very helpful and friendly they made our vacation very easy and enjoyable, they were always willing to help us with whatever question we might have . The hotel is very clean ,transportation is very easy to get for moving around

The exit area from the property to Maho beach is ver narrow and poorly lit with no sidewalk. There is a lot of traffic on the narrow roads so there is no option but to walk on the beach. It’s a challenge in the dark as there are not street lights and big rocks on the beach.

The hotel facilities like the pool, the bar, restaurant and location were excellent. The new year event was great and memorable. The staff was very friendly, the food was great but things happens in its own pace. We absolutely enjoyed the stay at the Morgan Resort and we all hope to be back soon.

Very clean , spacious comfortable room . Safe area , walking distance to the beach,shops and restaurants. Food was amazing. We ate most of our meals on property and every meal was better than the one before. We have tried everything on the menu and everything was amazing . Staff very friendly except one girl at the front desk she seemed like she hated her job but we just gave her the benefit of the doubt and assumed that she was maybe going trough something. Security guard was our favorite one , he had an answer to all our questions, helped anywhere and everywhere he could. Shuttle drivers were all great as well . My only issue was that the hotel doesn’t have their own beach but i knew that going in . The beach pool they have is great . Definitely try the beach bar next door , amazing live music every night and the food and drinks were great there as well . Bakery on the property was also great . Amazing French pastries. Walkable distance to smash burger which was the best burger i have ever had in my life. Must try

The staff was amazing handling a need that arose due to a Expedia foul-up…they went above and beyond, especially Oswaldo, Nyell, Ravi, and others I can’t quite remember the names. Highly recommend!
