Nice room and view. Beautiful pool, cool slide and great hot tub. Salt restaurant had good variety for breakfast but limited selection for other meals. Valet parking was nice but 2 mornings in a row the passenger seat came back to us with cigarette ashes one day and other dirt the next. Not sure if the valet guys were using our rental car for evening breaks? Re-stocking of Keurig K-cups and bathroom supplies never happened over the course of a 5 night stay. Would stay here again.

We did not feel welcomed during our entire stay. Most of the staff had dismissive behavior. Every single day there were issues with the staff cleaning our room. It either was not cleaned, or poorly cleansed.

The pool area and bar were really nice. The location is great. The hotel room was not the best. The patio curtains and doors were filthy. Our sheets were not changed at all despite the request. The room smelled of mold and the room was just worth the price.

From the ambience to the location to the staff to the room, everything was perfect. The staff were very welcoming very nice and very attentive. From the front desk, staff to the staff at the restaurant to the guys that run the shuttles and take your bags. The young lady in charge of the excursions was amazing. Everyone was so respectful and always had a smile. I definitely will return to this resort. No complaints at all. The best part was watching the sunset by the pool. Thank you to everyone at the Morgan that made my 40th birthday special.
