The Villas at Simpson Bay Resort offers 83 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature DVD players and laptop-compatible safes. The location was convenient. View from the room was great, beautiful sunsets every night. Parking was easy and plentiful. My favorite was snorkeling right off the beach. So many different variety of fish. Rooms were very clean. I did find the beds a little hard and uncomfortable.

Simpson Bay was stunning. We had a junior suite villa on the marina. We woke up every morning to blue skies and birds. Three restaurants on the property, a pool party and a beach party we attended, and a buffet breakfast for ($25.00) was excellent. Safe, clean, walkable area plenty of restaurants to choose from. Beautiful sunsets and very quiet area. You can get taxis, shuttles, rent a car on the property, near Princess Juilana and plan all your excursions right on the property.

The rooms are in terrible condition. I was charged $174 to get the room I booked and my friend was not-same room. The pool was just ok-no separate area for kids vs adults. Minerva was amazing. Steakhouse was solid for our last night there. I brought 15 people and just wouldn’t have chosen a resort with these issues or in this condition for a group trip. The shuttle drivers were fighting amongst themselves and there are no bell hops. Also the elevator went down several times during our stay.

We had a blast staying here! Staff were so nice! Very clean property, rooms were cleaned every day. View was amazing. Many many places to eat nearby that were walking distance. Will be rebooking at the villas again next year. Many things to do near by too.

This was my first trip to Sint Maarten. The resort was perfect, we stayed in the villas overlooking the ocean. The resort has an amazing choices of restaurants all within walking distance, right on the resort. A grocery store is on resort and a bigger one a 5 minute walk. Other restaurants are also within walking distance. Lots of chairs at the pool and on the beach. I highly recommend this resort.

Overall great property. Location perfect. Walking distance to many local restaurants and stores. Taxi service from hotel was wonderful. Recommend Ramone (taxi driver). Took us places and shared his number. Always came back for us as soon as we were ready. So friendly.

This was trip with my sister and we enjoyed every minute of it! I loved sitting on the balcony having the view of the ocean and we were close enough to watch the planes take off. The resort was so peaceful we could get to enjoy some quiet time and we were able to walk to restaurants. Definitely would recommend and revisit
