Lovely staff, quirky but nice room on the top floor. Unfortunately it suffered from traffic noise as located on a busy junction. Probably applies to most places in Ankara!

I had a very pleasant stay at The Wings Hotel Ankara. In fact, I stayed at the hotel twice during September, as I was very happy with my first experience and chose to return. What stood out most was the staff; everyone was genuinely welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout both stays. The rooms were always kept very clean and well maintained, and the hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient for getting around Ankara. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Ankara.

The staff were all very friendly and helful. The hotel is well located, very quite place, well connected to bus stop (nearest metro statition 10 minutes by bus) ... Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection. Room basic but was clean with the essence. Ability to store your liggage after check out. Carpets and textile covering of upholstered furnuture need to be replaced as soon as possible! very outdated :-(

From the moment we completed our reservation, it was very easy to communicate with their team which made many details clear before our arrival. When we arrived, they welcomed us so warmly and offered some free drinks during a fast check in process. Our room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We would definitely be back again.

Although I canceled the last two nights, the manager did not respond to approve the refund at all.
