Good location but noisy

The hotel is in a good location and the room was nice and spacious enough. However, it was noisy. The aircon was noisy but there was still a constant noise with it turned off. Also, you could hear outside noise as well as noise from the lobby and the adjacent room.

Perfect stay!

Our visit was short, but great! Everyone was exceptionally nice, warm, and welcoming. Eager to help with our luggage. The staff was helpful. We were very pleased with our stay and do recommend this hotel. Close to restaurants and public transportation. Easy to get around.

The place have "ok" ammenities. The claim they have a restaurant but its only a bar. The jacuzzi and the pool is NOT heated. Overall the place is basic.

We fully enjoyed our stay at 30 Bencoolen. The facility, front desk and cleaning staff were outstanding. They responded to and accommodated any issues we had. I only wish they would have resumed their dining and happy hour services they had previous to the pandemic. We will most surely consider staying here again when we return to Singapore.
