Our experience was terrible. Could not access in airport terminal, hotel unresponsive when we called for assistance, hotel unable to confirm hours required, cheaper and easier to stay at local hotel in Changi. Do yourself a favour - avoid this hotel. We got burned by this hotel.

I was surprised how quiet the room was. My room faced away from the shopping area which may be the reason it was unexpectedly quiet. I was overall very happy with the hotel and I got what I paid for.

Room nice and clean except the room aircon too cold and the control unable to turn to low. Too far to walk all the way from T3 arrival to the skytrain for T1 and then another long walk to the transit hotel and took us total +-45 mins.

Was convient , was a shame we didn’t get our full 6 hours due to our flight delay , but nice hotel . Breakfast communication on arrival was different to when we ordered our breakfast . More signage near coffee machine example when milk runs out etc

Satisfied with the room except that the room aircon too cold and unable to control to low. Took bery long walk from T3 to T1 for skytrain far to the end and from T1 skytrain walking far towards the transit hotel😬

Easy, clean and comfortable
Stayed for 24 hours, all very easy. Staff were friendly helpful and positive. The rooms are basic, no windows, a bed and a desk which was all I wanted. The shared bathroom/toilet was always dry and spotless. Pleased I opted for this option as I didn't want to face the Singapore humidity. Pool area is a reasonable size, well utilised and has a good feel. Great option.

Great hotel but do not, repeat, do not use if you haven’t got your bags tagged through. We couldn’t do this and therefore followed the hotels advice and left our bags to be collected at lost and found the next day. Do not do this as an ensuing nightmare to recover them will emerge. You have been warned.

Aerotel hotel offers a basic, room, that is comfortable and clean, with a complimentary meal. Bring your own toiletries except for body wash & hair wash. It was good for a short stay and the convenience of not leaving the airport.

Great option for a 16h layover in Changi, room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Location within terminal 1 where we disembarked allowed us to get a warm shower and restfullly sleep within 30 minutes of arrival. Breakfast with a view was a great bonus in the hotel’s eating area, really enjoyed watching plabes take off and land
