Large room with a good bed. Not much storage. Huge glass door between bathroom and bedroom, with draw curtain. Tea/coffee in community room (looks like some breakfast items available in the morning as well). Great location in Jewel, just a few steps away from the views of the fountain. Plenty of dining options in Jewel as well. Would certainly consider it again

They made me pay $36 extra as rate change fees even though I had paid full and booked via Expedia. They give us room for only 4 hours and they keep knocking doors every hour and can’t able to sleep. Total rip off and not good for Expedia reputation

The front desk staff really gave me top service when I needed a Dr .. a big thank you for the time and effort they went into for organising that for me and a buggy to take me to the Dr Also the Lounge staff helped me with my airport timings

The Aerotel Changi Airport fully deserves its 5-star rating. The staff is friendly. You get one meal per stay. And it is convenient. Very convenient located inside the best airport in the world. You do not have to go through the hassle of immigration. The food is adequate .The room I stayed in was NOT spacious and The room has no view . The room is nice but you might get claustrophobic . I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. It is the only hotel to choose from and again I stress convenience. That’s the only reason I give it a five star rating.
