Amazing pool

This hotel was great and a amazing rooftop pool. The room was one of the best ive experienced in singapore and ive stayed at many hotels there. I do think they can improve the breakfast food though. Also they take 200 singapore dollars per Day so if youre staying for multiple days make sure you have plenty of cash on hand for them to hold. Besides that it was a great hotel

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the property. The room, gym, and overall amenities were fantastic. However, I did have a few concerns with the design. The automatic faucet felt underwhelming for a five-star hotel, and the shower with its shade was also a bit disappointing. Additionally, there were no electrical plugs in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. It feels like the hotel is prioritizing design over functionality. I also believe the service could be improved to better match the overall quality of the property.

The best hotel we ever stayed at

AMAZING hotel - best one we stayed in Singapore for sure. The vibes and service are immaculate. All the workers were super friendly and of excellent customer service. Emen and the rest of the staff provided top notch service that is unforgettable. The attentiveness and amenities the hotel provided could not be topped by other hotels we stayed at. They even provided free car service to close by location on a first come first come service which was a great plus on top. We had mentioned it was our honey moon and the staff made sure they didn’t forget. The rooftop was also awesome - the pool area was solid and the cocktails were even better. The food was also tasty. Overall we would definitely come back to this and recommend to anyone who’s looking for a hotel that makes sure you are taken care of.

Such a fabulous stay at the Artyzen. The hotel is jaw-dropping from the moment you walk in to the lobby. So beautiful. Our room was amazing - easily the nicest room I've stayed in. They spared no expense in adding in every detail possible. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel is a little further away from the main areas, which we didn't mind as it was quiet and grabbing a taxi was easy.

Beautiful architecture and design. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. We loved the views from our balcony. We loved how every detail was thought of. Staff were outstanding. Great location to explore the city and the hotel has a complimentary transfer for short distances which is so thoughtful. We also loved the breakfast and food in general. Rooftop pool is probably one of the best. We definitely would like to come back and stay longer.
