I love the location, cleanliness and the staff. But the room was smelly and barely any hot water for shower which got me frustrated. And the breakfast was a big disappointment as it is very limited and no meat.

Docks not harbour!
Very convenient to local attractions the title harbour is miss guiding as it should be docks ! As the containers are not as nice as boats in the harbour would look.!! But all in all very good

Only benefit of this hotel is its location opposite Vivo City. Rest the price which you pay, will get very good hotels in Singapore. Every 3rd day room cleaning, I asked for water bottle the next day and the reception guy said please drink tap water. Breakfast one of the worst.

Located near Vivo city and Sentosa island which makes the hotel quite far from other attractions around the city . The hotel is a budget hotel and is adequate if that’s what you are looking for . Rooms are basic and small but if you are exploring and using the hotel just to sleep it’s fine. The shower in our room was dirty and had lots of small flies and bugs present

Very disappointed that there was no advice when booking that the seimmming pool would be out of action for the duration & beyond my stay. I have stayed here 7 time since 2913. Twice on 20 day holidays and twice for 5 days as well as 1-2 day stopover on my way to/from Australia and the UK. The pool is a key reason for choosing this hotel to ease the swelling in my legs from a long haul flight and aid circulation and avoid deep vein thrombosis.

Was very impressed with the young staff that served us for checking in . We didn't get his name . He was very professional . Apologise that there is a delay in checking in as the room is not ready due the hotel fully book. He even gave us drinks coupons for the late check in . He rejected the tips given n told us is his job . The room was really cosy and clean . Will definitely recommend to our oversea friends to stay here.
