Rooms had mould. The smell was really unpleasant. We thought it was isolated to one room but when we were moved to another room it had the same issue. The rooms are not properly ventilated especially the bathroom which was surprising for such a humid country. I would not recommend if you have heath issue with your respiratory system. The staff were nice and the hotel decor/amenities were ok. Unfortunately I would not return or recommend.

The hotel seems to turn down air con at night so it’s hot. They turn off the aircon in the hallways so the hotel is hot. Not very comfortable experience.

Overall good, except the room door cannot be closed or opened easily, needed to apply force; and the outer curtain cannot be closed all the way, leaving quite a big gap.

Worth a look
This is my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Singapore-it’s a somewhat small classy property that’s catering primarily to business travelers and flight crews- no tour groups so it’s quiet- rooms are somewhat small, but they work. It’s super quiet and in a great location. Tanjon Pagar MRT is 5 minutes away. Fair Price grocery store across street-Housekeeping is a bit lacking-4 dirty glasses on counter weren’t changed over 4 days.TIP: look for the wild chickens in the park in front of the hotel -cute!

Everything is perfect. Staff were helpful and pleasant specially maricar at the counter. Close to everything. Transportation is not a problem at all as it was close to bus and MRT station. I would definitely stay here again

I really loved the location, it’s close to everything. Transportation is not a problem at all. Room is clean and I loved that there is a kettle so I can make some coffee in the morning. Staff were superb. The lady at the counter (maricar) is very helpful and pleasant. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.
