The only point to improve is the check-in. It took really too long more than 30 minutes of waiting in line. Beside this, everything is impeccable. I highly recommend it.

Great Location

Very well located with excellent access to subway. Modern and comfortable facility with helpful front desk staff. Generally clean although we were surprised to find a candy wrapper under one of our pillows. Housekeeping shouldn’t have missed that and makes us question what else they might have missed.

Great Location to be close by to MRT and Boat & Clarke Quays. Good quality Hotel. Only small negative is with being central to financial district many high-rise buildings surround which restricts any reasonable City views.

Slow but sure.

Stay was ok, very plain room, no pictures in hotel rooms. All elevators, you had to take two, me down to 9th floor, move and another to first floor. Checkin was crazy, many checking in early around 10-12 from early flights or like us from a cruise ship, to wait till 3pm. Problem was only one person who was efficient but slow. Che in and bag storage was available. Room prepaid but still had to recheck in. Came back at 3pm got key and bags. Using elevators very hard to figure out, room key was wooden slab. Door closing at night hard and loud after 1am, had to get up at 5am for flight.

It’s got everything you need it quite, technology is good showers are very good very clean nice atmosphere about the place different to a standard hotel stay, my opinion it’s nicer with independence!

Beautiful property in a location near the metro. The garden area was very nice, with great city views. The only mild complaint that I had was yhere was not a lot of room in our room for luggage (we were going on a cruise and had 3 bags).

Somewhat hidden and hard to find at first this property is in an excellent location. The room was small but very modern and comfortable and even included a small kitchen and microwave. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location in raffles place. Walking distance to most places of interest. Room was clean, however, it was pretty small and double bed was smaller than a queen size bed. Reception was understaffed, specially at peak hours. Awkward lifts as we need to get off at the 9th floor and then change to another lift to get to the rooms. Overall I’d say we are paying for the convenience of staying in the city centre at a lower price point than many options in its vicinity.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay in excellent locati

Excellent stay at Citadines Raffles place. Decent sized, clean room with fridge, freezer, safe and cooking facilities. Very well positioned near to Raffles Place MRT, quiet in the evenings as it's in the CBD but a few minutes walk to bars and restaurants, both on the quay and further away. A nice hawker centre is just around the corner on Market Street. Very friendly and helpful staff, special thanks to Sanjay who was really helpful.
