Disgusting

This place is filthy and disgusting. It's not worth your money. The washrooms, shower rooms and sink are dirty. Not recommended for any future guests

The three beds in a shared room was unacceptable conditions the mattresses had no springs or platform you would fall through the bed we packed up and left and was not compensated definitely would not recommend

Stay away yuck yuck horrible

I have never stayed at a hotel or hostel so filthy in my life it was so bad I had to leave immediately. Bugs on the bed urine all over the bathroom i was thinking about calling the authorities because the way they keep the facilities should be illegal.

Don’t stay here

Don’t stay here! This hostel has a lot of bedbugs when we came in and there was no one at the reception area to accommodate us so we transferred to a different hotel. The management should clean their hostel!

Poorly maintained restrooms, 1 out of 2 restrooms had no lights and the other had broken shower with lots of hairs and dirt. Bed linens were dirty.

Perfect staff and bad hostel condition

Overall the hostel was ok. The personal was very friendly and wanted to help us every time. Unfortunately some things are in a bad condition like the ladder of our beds, the lights of the toilet, the shower, etc.

Did not like it at all. I was getting bit by mosquitoes or bed bugs or something the whole time ( I ended up leaving and going somewhere else even though I didn't get my money back, was not worth it). BAthrooms are nasty, never clean, no soap in the bathrooms. Rooms are tiny, no space to even stand with other people in the room. The bunk beds are not sturdy or held to anything so it felt like it was going to fall on top of me like a book case when climbing up.

We arrived and found no receptionist. The place was unclean and not welcoming at all. It also really concerned us that anyone could just walk into the hostel, and then to any subsequent rooms. So, we left. Luckily we found a budget hotel (but clean, private and well staffed) on the parallel street, so we ended up paying for both - but it was worth it.

Needs to improve on cleanliness

Despite being cheap on the rates, they do need to focus on cleaning the rooms better, I checked in a room with the floor not swept with certain corners having hair and dust on the floor. And I suspect the linens are not clean as I was bitten severely by bed bugs. Air conditioning was not serviced so the room was stuffy and hot throughout the night.
