Insides are old, carpet has a musky smell. Bottle water not provided but they give you a glass bottle to fill up water although you have to go to the pool level to get to the dispenser. Tv in my room was not working. But I guess that is why the pricing is cheap, so it is fair.

The hotel staffs are super friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby is very nice and clean with good dining options available inside the hotel. The biggest disappointment was the room. It was very dated. The bathroom is very small with limited amenities. It only has 2 bath towels and a floor matt. The balcony is small. You can’t even put a chair out there. It’s more like a Juliet balcony. The refrigerator, the toilet and the AC all had issues. The rooms definitely need some work. However, I still gave 4 stars for the staffs and the cleanliness.

A good location just across the road from the Singapore River Quayside area which has lots of lovely restaurants. The rooms are ok, a little dated but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom had an over the bath shower which some might find difficult if you have mobility issues. The breakfast was ok but nothing to shout about. We did not try the on site restaurant's for an evening meal. The swimming pool is small but has a nice warm jacuzzi and a few sunbeds. To be honest we were a little disappointed in this hotel, it certainly looked much better on the photographs on the booking website.

Great Staff and Great Location
Very friendly and helpful staff! I was helped a lot with my busy schedule by Alfred who assisted with me juggling travelling back and forth and staying throughout a week. Easy to get Grabs (Uber) to pickup from hotel and a short walk to Chinatown or a few other Hawker Centres to get some good food.

The older section of the hotel can definitely use a major overhaul. In fact, we had to ask to move rooms because the plumbing in our original room was so poor. Fortunately, the staff was gracious enough to coordinate our room change quickly, and the new wing was in much better condition. Overall, we liked the location of the hotel at Robertson Quay and its proximity to the Havelock MRT station.

I found the staff there reallg lacked experience. Long waits for simple check in and check out. Restaurant service was horrible to say the least. Shower hot and cold water taps take a long time to tune. And no plugs by bed witch was a pain
