Located in T3, a short walk from the main area, this hotel is ideal for an overnight layover for flights or a few days in Singapore with its good connections into the city. The room was large, modern and spacious. We got a partial view of the runway which my husband loved. The big bath in the bathroom was ideal after a long flight. Pool was lovely and not too busy. Excellent breakfast choices. Staff were very friendly. You can see why it continues to win awards for best airport hotel

Crowne Plaza was the ideal option for my overnight stay in Singapore. I traveled solo and wanted somewhere to stay that was close to the airport with little fuss. It is easy to get there regardless of which terminal you arrive at as it is directly connected to the airport via the free train service (it is only a couple of minutes ride). There is a shopping center directly next door, however I didn’t go there as I went to Orchard road shopping precinct instead. Check in was quick, pool was lovely, breakfast was great and staff were friendly. If you want a comfortable, clean, safe hotel near the airport without needing to catch taxis and travel far, then I recommend this hotel.

My only irritant was that I made two bookings 15-16/8and 16-17/8. I asked a staff member when I was staying at the hotel 29/6 to put the two booking together. I watched him spend time doing this BUT irritatingly on about 4 other occasions they were NEVER managed together. This includes being woken today 16/8 and asked why I had not checked out. I’m dead tired after a 12 hr flight. Then on the phone with me the staff members discovers my booking and I still have to change my room key cos it’s not keyed for two nights!!!! Gross inefficiency. It’s an airport hotel. I booked two night to be able to get into my room when I arrived and sleep!!

Outstanding service from the moment we walked into the lobby. We were given an early check-in and an upgraded room with a great view which was also a bonus.,The room itself was excellent -spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. The location was perfect for our needs, and just a few minutes walk to the airport terminal via a connected foot bridge. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
