We have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past. It is clean, conveniently located at terminal 3 of the Changi airport, and is next to the Jewel. When we checked in, the staff was very kind to give us an upgrade to our guest room. We were very happy to have the deck access to the swimming pool! The buffet breakfast (at extra cost) was nice and had a lot to offer. We like this hotel very much. It would be nice if we were provided with directions on how to get to the hotel in the email ahead of time. Even though we have stayed there many times, it was still a challenge for us to find our way through the multi-terminal airport at Changi to find this hotel. There was rarely any sign in the airport for Crowne Plaza hotel. We eventually found our way to the hotel using Google Map.

This is a great option for an overnight at Singapore airport. It offers pretty much everything you would need, it is very well located with great access to the airport terminals, transportation to the city or the jewel for some last minute mesmerizing Singapore style shopping.
