Although this is intended to be a higher end option for staying at Changi, the prices are ridiculously high. Even though the rooms are nicely designed, there was a lot of external noise that came through the venting system. Would not recommend unless you absolutely needed to be on site at Changi for an early flight. Even then, I would opt for a budget option rather than throw money away on this place.

A very nice hotel. Excellent customer service. The room was immaculate and large. We really enjoyed our down time at the bar that had very generous happy hour. We also enjoyed dinner that night in the Italian restaurant. We would definitely recommend this location.

An amazing stay.This hotel is conveniently located to the airport where transport is efficient and easy. Also near the Jewel for great meals. A beautiful comfortable hotel.

The property itself is new and very convenient given its literally connected to T3 changi. What we didn't enjoy is the slow check in when it was not busy, the bathroom wasn't very well equipped with only two bath towels provided for 3 guests. The room had no minibar items and no espresso cups but has an espresso machine. You're left having to use the super large mugs which don't fit the machine at all. When you're paying a high price, you expect these little things to be done right. Didn't find it value for money paid

The hotel is inside the airport so very convenient. There is a self check in machine so you can easily check in and out. Staffs are friendly. They can help to store the luggages.
