Hotel did not have any water bottles to buy - referred to vending machine down stairs - absolutely no service apart from issuing room keys - rooms small and Basic Only stayed there as we wanted somewhere close to airport

This property is truly family friendly. The room were okay but not well equip. The Tv was very limited on channels to watch, was unable to connect Apple cellphone or iPad to the TV to look at Netflix. And I booked the hotel on Expedia and the hotel did not accept the price that Expedia gave. Was charge more, hotel stating that Expedia gave the wrong price quest.

Came here for a stopover because relatively close to airport. Helpful staff and comfortable beds. Unfortunately our A/C didn’t appear to be properly working and we couldn’t work out how to have a hot shower on the morning we left. It would benefit from more obvious and detailed instructions in the room.

The room was comfortable but pretty basic. Did not even had paper tissue. The hotel in itself is great, pleasant surroundings with lot of interesting places to hang around or to walk to a nearby mall water park or park by the sea. Great for families. Could use some chair in the lobby.

A family stay during New Year period
Comfortable, large room, convenient for airport location. Overall very satisfied because its convenient for a family with small children compared to other hotels in singapore. Also, the price is not going to break the bank for a family stay that is comfortable. Alot of activities nearby such as the water park and the shopping centre and play area for the young kids. Highly recommend

Please put soft feet (felt or rubber) on the chairs in the rooms. When they scrape along the tiled floor the noise is horrendous.
