Hotel was lovely for our stay. We had a slight issue with our air con as when you leave the room, the air con will automatically heat the room to 26 degrees which was too warm for us. We also visited for our honeymoon and was told they would put a nice cake in the room. We gave confirmation to enter while we werent there but they didnt bring this up to us which was disappointing. Other than those two issues, we had a lovely time.

A wonderfully property with exceptional amenities. From free shuttles 3 times a day to Garden by the Bay and Marina Bay Sands to access to an infinity pool during the hot afternoons, this hotel is within walking distance to 2 famous Hawkers sites. The staff team on site were friendly and informative. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore.

To check in you have to access level 7 via the lifts on the left hand side. The receptionist that checked us in was very efficiant while remaining friendly and helpful. Shuttles are available free for guests to the Bay and other places. These are only 1 way but definitely worth it. The hotel is local to most attractions and cost on average 20sgd 1 way. The bed was large and comfortable and the tv offered various channels. There is a kettle and nespresso coffee maker along with a fridge, cutlery and toaster etc. The shower was adequate with plenty of toiletries. The room was very quiet and had air conditioning. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again

Ideal location

Lovely hotel with modern amenities. Ideally located downtown for access to most of the major attractions. The room was spacious, extremely clean, and provided an ideal base for our short visit. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and we would definitely consider staying again if we re-visit.
