This was our second time staying at this property, This time we brought along friends that were going on the same cruise as us. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel food was a bit pricey but good. We have another cruise starting in Singapore next year and will most likely stay there again.

Great family stay. We stayed for 10 nights in an Ambassador suite. Great service and staff. Good selection of restaurants in the hotel as well as all the food places in the Raffles shopping centre and in the local area. We will be back for sure! The hotel is showing a few signs of wear such as the lifts and the rooms but nothing too shabby to drop the star rating.

I found the overall comfort and cleanliness of my room to be satisfactory, thanks in large part to the good work of your housekeeping team. However, I did have an issue with the hotel toiletries provided in my room. After using them, I experienced skin irritation in the form of rashes on my body and hands. If possible, the hotel could consider replacing the current toiletries with hypoallergenic alternatives to better meet the needs of your guests. Last but not least, the breakfast at the Asian Market Cafe was a great disappointment.

Phenomenal service and food great for little kids
Everything was phenomenal from food to service to hospitality. They even held our luggages while we went on the cruise for 5 nights. Our flight arrived at 7 am and check in was not suppose to be until later afternoon. They offered keys at 10 am which was so nice with little exhausted kids

The hotel is quiet good. I would probably give it a 4 and a half star. As there are place that it could improve. Clean and good service in the downstairs breakfast. Staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. Conciege - The Bell boys excellent. The staff on the Desk could be more helpful in picking up on things like flight times and dates when shown the itinerary, as we missed a fly as we should have been there that day. i was inquirying about the checkin time that was 00:05 on what i thought was the next day. It would have be helpful if they had experince to let customers know that they needed to get to the airport the day before. Singapore Airlines gave us no notifications on that flight on that particular flight which was also strange. The conciege rang someone as they were inexperinced and didn't know when we could check in at the airport - so she saw the date and time too and didn't pick up on it. It cost us thousands to rectify. We stayed in the club lounge the on our return. While the food and some drinks were quiet nice. The other cocktails were watered down and quiet horrible to be totally honest, we asked them to reduce the ice in the glass, so it seemed they topped up with water the next night. I'm not sure with the price differece of a normal room and a club room, if it is good value Breakfast while quieter is limited and there is only snacks between 5:30 - 7:30pm. My suggestion would be to put out some sandwiches and chips to snack on inbetween.

My favourite hotel, Fairmont.
We had an Ambassador suite on the 26th floor with Marina Bay Sands view.Cleaners kept tidying the room. What i really liked is the Water filter in the room for drinking wayer.So convenient. Loved everything about Fairmont and its location is perfect.
