Nice Hotel with good staff

Hotel is in good location close to china town and the quays. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly especially Amy and Bob in the business lounge who were exceptional. Plenty of choice for Breakfast would definitely stay again if in Singapore.

Reception employees were not friendly or happy to help with questions. Hotel has no Concierge. Hotel is very dated and dirty. We stayed for 4 nights, they told us after we arrived they don't clean the rooms until after the 3rd night. Carpets were very dirty, dated and wrinkly. Walls were filthy. Only nice thing about the hotel is their location. I would not stay here again.

This is a reasonably priced hotel for quite a central location. It’s easy to get around Singapore via the Chinatown train station close by. The morning breakfast was good, but needs to include non dairy milk. The pool is not great, so we didn’t use it.

Classic hotel stay, affordable and clean

Good location, happy we were able to use the concierge to store our luggage for the following day as we had a late flight. Hotel itself is need of some renovating, feels more than 20 years old and the facades could do with an update. Could not complain about the king room though, only weird thing about it was how the bathroom walls we all glass so you have to use a big blind for privacy.

The location of this hotel is very good. Easy access to malls with plenty of food options and having access to two different mrt line. Price is reasonable for the location and convenience. Will come back again next time.

The hotel is situated in a good place for walking to sites, the staff were very helpful and caring. The room was large and we had adjoining second room. They were clean and presentable but in need of modernisation particularly in the bathrooms. The corridors well dull and in need of decoration and refurbishment which reduced the overall aesthetic of the hotel. The pool area was a little gem.
