We reserved family suites & was given a standard room with double beds. Room was cleaned & we stayed 4 nights for 4 adults, they should offer room cleaning at least after 2 nights but nothing was offered. Buffet breakfast has great options & good.

The location is good and accessible to many key places. The staff is amazingly polite and breakfast is good (although busy). However - I ended up changing room three times after complaining about mould, smoke smell and broken fixtures. The hotel rooms are old and in need of TLC so be aware of that when booking!

Great location, very close to china town MRT. I see many average reviews online but still decided to take my chance given it was only for 1 night. Overall i am happy with the stay. Staff were friendly. Room was big but air cond was noisy. Pillow is on the low side which made it difficult for me to sleep. If you are looking for a short stay, i would recommend it.

Tired rooms

2 nights stopover in a perfectly positioned hotel.The social areas were great with plenty of room to sit and a great breakfast each morning. The let down though was the rooms.Ours was smaller than expected and although clean,it needed a re-vamp.The hallways were also dingy and full of scuff marks.The tv had no streaming services and only news channels in English so nothing to watch when in the room.

I wish I had a better experience in this hotel. The staff was nice and the hotel was in a great location and walkable to the metro station. However, the rooms were outdated and even after being upgraded (and we are very grateful for that) the room still wasn't well cleaned, bathroom had insects and the kettle was mouldy, until they replaced it. It has great potential but at the moment it's not a place I would come back to.

Absolutely the worst Hotel I have stayed at....not 4 star....its a 1 star hotel, Pictures on internet are FALSE!! rooms dirty, smelly, an absolute joke! Staff moved me to another room and that was worse. Staff refused to refund money even though I didn't stay longer than 30mins......disgusting!!! Happy to discuss with anyone.... I have photos

Excellent Chinatown location, really close to met stations and is stops. Very short walk to multiple hawkers centres and restaurants. The beds were really comfortable though the pillows a bit firm for my liking. The shower/ water pressure was excellent. We stayed in a family suite which was fantastic to have the extra space with living room and couch for when the kids went to bed. The pool was ok, not the most picturesque but it did the job. It was cold somehow despite the weather, but I think that’s a Singapore thing. The breakfast was pretty good buffet offering and good value for SGD$15. Kids under 4 were free too.

Loved the ease of access and the comfort of the beds. The setup of the room was great as well. The only thing we noticed is the fridge wasn't cold enough, although we didn't check if it could be changed.
