The staff do what they can with the little they have to offer. Management need to look at themselves. Check-in terrible, need to hire more staff. Nobody to help with luggage, to direct to room. Breakfast, despite best efforts of staff, a disaster. Poor choice, poor quality and availability of food third rate. Pity, as staff was so helpful, eager to please and help.

Perfect for short stay
The room and hotel were very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Also it was very helpful that we were allowed to check in early. Room was quiet and bed comfortable. The room was very small but we were happy with it as we only stayed one night. Only problem was when we checked in member of staff didn’t give directions to our room and we had difficulty finding it as there were 2 areas of lifts and we were in the wrong area

Furama Riverfront is a convenient. Not too far from a lot of the shopping areas. The place itself is decent but you can see that this is an old hotel that has not really been updated much.

So close to the Metro line so getting from the airport is easy. Conveniently walking distance to many of the main sights & hop-on-hop-off bus stop. The breakfast is excellent. Reception & housekeeping staff are friendly & approachable. So glad we booked Athens4. Will book again if we find ourselves in Athens again.

This is the third time that I and my wife staying in Furama RiverFront. The reason that we choose to stay in this Hotel because we love and enjoyed the food and drinks. Breakfast is nice. Staff are friendly, safe and comfortable to have our staycation here. First day during our stay, we met Iskander and Kelvin in the executive club lounge, they are friendly and service is very good. Second day we had our drinks at the waterfall lounge and met Kelvin and his team, Virginia, Xuan Ying & Soo Han. They are friendly and provided good service, we love the environment too. We will be back next year again.

Great stay at a reasonable price!
Conveniently located near the Havelock MRT station which is accessible for rides into town and from the airport! Chinatown is within a 15 minute walking distance. Tiorang Bahru hawker market is about a seven minute walk from the hotel where popular eateries can be found! I'll stay at Furama RiverFront again on my next visit!

A lack of information from some people at the reception, for example, I asked a lady, which is the best beach in Singapore and she had to check the internet, which was unacceptable, I had already done that, I wanted the comment of a local, who knows better the options, it is very complicated to have to go down to reception to get coins for the laundry, why don't they put a coin machine in the same place as the washing machine, and worst of all, the horrible smell that we had to endure on Wednesday morning, we assume that due to disinfection, they must improve this issue a lot. Because the club breakfast part has no bread, it is very incomplete, there were better options in the regular one. Lack of information about the surroundings of the hotel, such as not putting up signs with information, for example, that they have a shopping mall a few blocks away, fantastic, even to be able to eat something since the area is not very popular in restaurants, I am referring to the shopping mall that they have in front of the two brown buildings, this hotel left a lot to be desired, not a recommendation on our part, and we did not pay the regular rate, so we expected something in line with the rate paid

Facility is bit outdated, there are obvious worn and torn marks on linens , so it’s a bit pricey for the room. Staff is quite friendly and helpful, and location is all right, mrt station is minutes away.

The hotel is well positioned for viewing and toured Singapore’s attractions. The front staff and cleaning staff are super helpful and friendly when you can find them. Seems like management is trying a bit too hard to make this a minimum service hotel. For the prices we pay, we shouldn’t have to run out of bathroom tissue nor have no Kleenex tissue in the room. Also, self check out sucks, so there’s always a lineup for human interaction.

The staff at Furama made this a pleasant stay. They went out of their way to try and accommodate our needs and ensure our comfort. Breakfast had several different menu types for different cultures, coffee was not a specialty though. Unfortunately the building is older and has visible signs of aging which could be mistaken for uncleanliness. The air conditioning is not great but it does have a huge job to do in such a hot climate. It was a pleasant constant room temp of 22degrees. Really comfortable super king bed and our room had the best view of the city from a whole wall window. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Nice Friendly Hotel
The hotel is not centrally placed but it is in a great location to use as a base. It is a 5min walk from Havelock MRT underground so you can access anywhere easily and cheaply. The Big Bus Tour also stops next door, outside Hotel Miramar. The staff were very helpful and facilitated an early check in, 10am, free of charge. Room was spacious and clean. The eco decision for house keeping every 3 days was fine by us Replenishing coffee etc in room was by a communal station by the 4 lifts. AC was a God send after humidity of Singapore. Food was good. We only had breakfast included but there was plenty of choice in the buffet style restaurant. Bar meals were reasonable too. We had an issue arise with bank card on 1st day and staff helpfully connected calls to UK. We didnt make the most of the hotels faciliyies pool, gym or golf as we were on a short stop over en route to Australia so want to see as much of the city as possible. Overall a.pleasant stay in a noce hotel.

The property is nice, it’s very convenient to everything. Breakfast is good, they have lots of choices of foods. The only disappointment is cleaning the room once in 3 days but overall we’re happy.
