Excellent location in the heart of Singapore. Easy access to the MRT, as well as walking distance to most local attractions, also on the direct line from Changi and to the Zoos. Rooms were nice and beds very comfortable, and the pool was a hit with the kids. Breakfast had a great selection and was very tasty. We were also upgraded to the Crystal Club lounge access. While the breakfast served was the same as the regular one, the high tea and happy hour at night were excellent. Great food and drink. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again if in Singapore

The property was located in a wonderful area but the room was tiny. We booked for 2 adults and 2 children and it was advertised a sofa bed and a spare bed. The spare bed took up the whole room and the sofa bed was so small that my 6 year old barely fit on it. Due to the price we paid for the room, we were shocked that we were all so cramped upon each other. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Cleaner Wendy was amazing. View we had wasn’t so good, although rooms were nice. Some service staff went above and beyond whilst others weren’t very friendly or helpful. Booked club rooms, as one of our party has a gluten intolerance and we checked before booking if they could accommodate this, we were told they could, all became too hard in the end and we gave up! Would suggest kitchen staff understand allergies and intolerances

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. The location is also brilliant if you want to walk to different areas in the city during your stay. We walked to Arab Street, China Town, Little India and Marina Bay Sands easily from our hotel. The pool area is nice, although was a bit hard to get a lounger in the afternoons. The gym is quite small but adequately equipped. We did have a drunk person ring our hotel room bell at 5am one morning which was a bit annoying, but I don't think that was any fault of the hotel. I do think that its central location probably means that there will be people who come back late on the weekends though. We were near the lifts which probably didn't help this. The breakfast selection is pretty good although the coffee machines were a bit hit and miss. Anyway, overall it was a great stay. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

Checked in early which is only a bonus. However specified for 2 single beds. But was told only had 1 double bed left for availability. I had no option but to share with my brother, both of us in our twenties and we found the bed to be very hard and woke up each morning with gradually worsening back pain. The breakfast isn’t worth the money, stood in a queue for approximately 10 minutes each morning I went and eventually didn’t go due to it being quicker to walk out the hotel and go elsewhere for breakfast. Even when I did get a table, I’d much rather pay more money for a better breakfast, just seemed chaos. If you used the shower in our room for longer than five minutes, the bathroom would flood as the door wouldn’t seal properly therefore water would go out of the shower block and run along the tiles and end up with free standing water all the way to the bath which was on the other side of the bathroom. Shame really because the staff were very helpful and courteous just the factors I have mentioned above have let our stay down

Comfortable and convenient stay
We had a lovely stay at this hotel! It’s located pretty close to Clarke Quay and an MRT stop. The service was excellent and the food was good. We had access to the lounge which made the stay more comfortable. The only thing that could have been better is if the food at the lounge buffet was hotter. Everything that came directly from the kitchen was the right temperature! I have stayed here in the past and look forward to returning!
