Location was great. Friendly staff. The room was very small. There is a French door that leads to the balcony that looks inside the building. No daylight. It feels like windowless closet. Shower was good.

Excellent be on 4 star everything was fabulous starting from location to room the bed, wifi, receptionist, breakfast, security and also laundry next door open 24hrs too. Everything was perfect.

Doesnt look at all like the pictures. The room has a giant pillar in it which made it difficult to get into one side of the bed. Room didnt get made up to 330pm in afternoon. Breaksfasts were terrible. Paper plates and plastic utensils with no knife. No hand towels. Pool not bigger than a hottub and didnt look too clean day 2. Close to Hop on off and amenities outside.

This hotel is quite dated. Things are falling apart. Once I got in to the bathroom, I noticed there are hair left on the little white tray where they placed the body lotion. It was very noticeable and disgusting. The bath towels provided have big holes and the edge of it are all frayed. I thought I was using rags for drying my body. The ceiling of the bathroom are filled with mold. Last but not least, the Wi-Fi was horrible. It kept logging me out. They don’t have a lot of outlets/ usb plugs to charge your electronics devices. I’m surprised the rating for this hotel is quite high. My stay was not so pleasant. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was ok, but in the hallways the carpet is dirty and very old The breakfast wasn't edible, Eggs not fully scrambled, sausages tooo spicey ,bread dry and everything you had to use was throw away cutlery plates etc. And this in a world where we try to limit rubbish Not a nice coffee machine and not enough seating. Overall to expensive for what you get for it Very Dissap[ointed and will not recommend this hotel

Terrible customer relations! I booked one night. My plans changed and I needed three nights, which they were unable to accommodate so I had to find another hotel. I canceled in advance, but they charged my card on the day of the reservation anyway, despite the fact that they couldn't extend my stay like I needed.

Great staff and loft was perfect for our family of 3. coffee machine & tea available 24 hours. Breakfast area small but we found a spot every morning. Cleaning staff did a very good job. All front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. We recommend the Loft for additional space and natural light.

Room was small but modern. Hotel close to 2 MRT stations. Breakfast was a let down, not enough room for all the guests but beyond this all was good.
