Pleasant 2 night stay
Fantastic overall experience in term of property - building and surroundings (middle of a park), room, concierge service, etc - restaurant food good, copious and varied - service very slow and could be more attentive - overall very pleasant experience and would definitely return - apparently property is changing owners currently and future experience may be different from ours

The colonial property was pleasant and well situated, but a little tired and hopefully the new management will spruce things up. Staff very nice but thin on the ground. The spa was not open, unfortunately. There was a minor problem with my room. There often wasn’t anyone at the bar to make coffee etc. And service was variable. The restaurant area was uninspiring. Overall, it was ok but I wouldn’t rave about it.

We were a little disappointed that the room didn't include bathrobes. Use of a room rather than the gym facilities for a shower before leaving for a late flight would have been preferable.

Clean and nice rooms. Very quiet and good location being near Elizabeth quay. Not too far from Marina Bay. I walked there everyday of my trip for the Grand Prix which took 15 minutes to the nearest gate. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.

It’s a beautiful hotel with colonial architecture. Located near a historical site, it was nice to visit the sites at Fort Canning Park. It is centrally located but quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel, quiet, right at Fort Canning park. Booked a premium room, which was very comfortable. Liked the patio area with a desk where I could do my work. All staff was very polite. Hotel was quiet and private. Easy short walk to Dhoby Ghaut. Was also presented with a chocolate tart and fruit compote for my birthday. Delicious!
