Location is amazing with hawker centers nearby like Lau Pa Sat and Maxwell Food Center. Train stations are near as well. Service is very hit or miss. Upon check in the first receptionist (male) did not offer any help in finding my “booking” number since all I had was my itinerary number. A second receptionist (female) ended up helping us and allowed us to check in 4 hours early. Rooms are small but that’s not an issue for me. What was an issue was that my room had severe electrical issues since it operates through a sensor to detect people. My room had a faulty sensor and we lost power multiple times and had to go down at 1am to request help. They eventually sent an electrician to bypass the sensor and that solved the issue. However it is still unacceptable to have such faulty electricity. All in all, the hotel did the job especially with how amazing the location is. What needs improvement is the service (some are nice and helpful while some are ignorant and useless) and electrical equipment for the room (sensor for electricity).

Lack of a proper bar area and lack of a proper lounge area, was a real drawback. Entrance hall feels like a waiting room in a third-rate bus station: needs some large plants or something to make it feel more inviting. Pool goid, but no staff around to collect the scores of towels keft behind on seats by swimmers.TOWEL BIN NEEDED

The property was in the ideal location and the property and we had a fabulous view from our balcony. The only negative is that our room was very small no no place to store anything.

We are petite couple but this hotel room is the smallest we have stay. Our cruise ship room is bigger than the hotel room. We have seen the reviews and we thought we were OK but not the case. There is no roll of toilet paper and we have to reach back/up to get the tissue dispenser - extremely inconvenient and had to twist our backs. The major problems are the temple bells and chanting. The bells rang 5am to 7am in the mornings with chanting. Extremely annoying and wake us up!! We requested a quiet room and we can hear people talking and walking from the hallway. There are no hair conditioner nor body lotion. For the good parts, the hotel is very new with high security. There are no floor buttons in the elevators and the key card can access to the assigned floor. The pool was nice. The lobby was very crowded. The hotel is easy access to the MRT.

I traveled with my parents and stayed here. The rooms were super tiny as expected. I rented my dad a mobility scooter so of course it won’t fit in the room. We were told we can leave a bell hop or charge in the lobby area since it won’t fit in the room. For some reason, every time we went down to the lobby the mobility scooter was gone. The manager then told us that we can’t leave it in the lobby so we took it to our floor and luckily there was an outlet down the hallway from our room. If you’re disabled or traveling with someone with a disability, do not stay here. Staff was mean and rude about having a mobility scooter. They were not accommodating at all!

Modern hotel in an excellent location
Brand new, modern clean and busy hotel in a really good location which was important for our stay. 5 min walk to the MRT. Room very small which was fine but as it was the start of a longer trip, we were constantly having to move around our luggage and laying luggage on the bed as very little room to move around.

Muy bien ubicado, cerca de dos estaciones Telok Ayer y Chinatown que te conecta muy bien con el resto de la ciudad incluyendo de downtown y el bayfront, aunque también la ciudad es para caminarsela toda. También cerca hay varios restaurantes, 7eleven, Lau Pau Sat (el icónico hawker). Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas (cómo las de Tokio) pero cómodas, con vistas preciosas, muy limpias. Nosotros no tuvimos problema con hacer el check up late y pagando un precio razonable. Lo recomiendo muchísimo!

They did not changed our bedsheets at all after asking multiple times/days. We stayed 3 nights. We informed both receptionist and housekeeper on the floor but they didn’t change our bed linens. Once they told us they would send someone in to do it in 10-15 mins but nothing happened. I gave up :( oh well
