This hotel property is great, the issue is the room sizes. The rooms are tiny, our room was 15 sq ft and it seems the largest rooms are still only 17 sq ft. The lobby is the biggest space you'll find in this hotel. The washroom sink is not inside the washroom, it is in the room. This was very inconvenient and pretty disgusting. The rooms are not suitable for a couple.

Nice place but small rooms

The rooms were so small, it was a shock as we were a family of four with nowhere to keep our luggage. Staff were friendly and the place was clean.

Staff are totally uninterested. Tons of people stay here the breakfast area is unorganized and dreadful lining up like cattle with plates. Gym is tiny. Rooms are very very small. Toilet paper is not on a roll but little square tissues. Terrible. Overpriced like many things in Singapore. The only good thing are the elevators where they stop at your floor automatically from the car reader. The rest? don't bother staying here.

We did book a classic room. On arrival though the room was ok it was very small. So we upgraded to larger room and was the best move. Totally e joyed the holiday and the bigger room helped us do this. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is central in Chinatown and close to Lau P Sat Hawker for cheap food. Not far from the marina also 25 min walk.

Very Small Rooms, Great Location

Stayed here 3 nights while visiting Singapore. First off, the room is extremely small, for one person it was small so I couldn't imagine two. The room was really modern and clean though as this is a new hotel. The location was amazing, right in the heart of Chinatown and a close walk to several subway stations to get around Singapore easily. I would stay here again, but just keep in mind the rooms will be very tight!
