We stayed in a unit with two rooms at Lyf Farrer Park. The hotel makes very efficient use of space. Rooms are small but you have everything you need. It's very good value for the money given its location in Singapore. Highly recommended!

Very bizarre room layout especially the bathroom which they conveniently don’t show pictures of. Zero privacy and tiny rooms. Not family friendly more geared to uni students unless you want your kids to see you butt naked all the time. Fridge is shared and located in the corridor. Kept running out of toilet paper and they didn’t provide hand/face towels. I confirmed housekeeping for the day and they didn’t show up till 6pm (very late). It was quiet. Not a bad location but don’t think I would personally choose to stay in little India next time. And definitely won’t stay in this hotel again.

Zafa. Cuarto pequeño con una ubicación un tanto extraña de la cama. Prácticamente no tiene dónde poner las maletas pero como positivo tiene muchos lugares donde colgar cosas. No ofrece desayuno pero tiene una buena cocina donde podés prepararte tu desayuno y heladeras en todos los pisos para guardar tus cosas, al igual que en la cocina del piso 4. Allí mismo cuenta con un lindo patio para comer o relajar al aire libre

There is no space in the shower for dry clothes, you have to come out naked to get dressed in the room, no mini fridge in room, only small fridge in the hallway shared with the whole floor, no tea or coffee bags and no TV.

Property looked well maintained and is located in a great location close to shopping and dining options. The rooms are quite small but you don’t feel like you’re in a box. They don’t have tvs in the rooms so make sure you have some form of entertainment if needed

Good stay, good for family.
We stayed there for 6 days, if you want to stay close to little India, this should me a go to place. We booked three room but two rooms are good enough for 4 adults and two kids. Don’t expect any room service. If you stay is less than 7 days then they clean your room, i should say “light clean” meaning they change your towers. Only for stay above 7 days has weekly only one full cleaning service

Love the city view from the room which barely can get with a budget friendly room rate. The check-in and check-out process was simple and smooth. Staff are friendly and it's near the MRT and bus station. There's a mall right opposite which is super convenient.
