Very disappointing would have moved if cancellable

Very disappointing stay . Have stayed at other M Social. Breakfast is mediocre . Coffee and juice machines regularly breaking down toaster only toasts one side running out of cups at breakfast Had to ask for things repeatedly. Second set of bedding stained and holes . Swimming pool lights either broken or not working . Room layout looks great on line not practice in reality . Staff generally disinterested. Overheard a mother who was checking in that asked for somewhere to feed her baby to use restaurant toilet which is very grubby and only seating was the toilet . One day was urine all over floor doors very dirty . Television doesn’t work properly nor WiFi lost it for approx 12 hours on day. Only one film channel . Problematic to cast our streaming shows instead . Mini fridge barely cools . Lack of storage space for case. Won’t be back

I always stay at M Social when I’m in Singapore, and this time was no different. I had a loft room with the bed downstairs, which was a great setup for working. The room was modern, and the whole hotel has a really nice vibe. The location is perfect in Robertsons Quay close to the MRT (Havelock and Great World), and the hotel is by the river, so it’s easy to walk around and find good places to eat. A couple of things to note, though. Because of the high ceiling in the loft room, the air conditioning struggled a bit so it only went down to 20°C, which might be an issue if you prefer a cooler room for sleeping. Also, some of the plug sockets were broken and need replacing. The room itself could use a deeper clean, things like polishing surfaces and refreshing the grouting in the shower would make a difference to the overall room. It would have been nice to have a brighter light in the area by the sofa in the upstairs area. That said, for the price, location, and the fact that there’s a pool, it’s still great value, and I enjoyed the welcome snack of Pringles when arrived. I’ll definitely be back next time I'm in Singapore!

Great stay here! Great location with lots of drink and dining options very near by and close to many tourist attractions. Breakfast was superb, lots of western options as well as eastern. Being able to use the pool facilities inc showers after check out was a huge plus for us as we had a late flight. Only negative was that the room (we had a loft style) wasn’t very practical - wouldn’t want to stay here longer than a night or two because of this.

They do not like to provide house keeping services. I had to ask them multiple times to provide us house keeping services. In the whole world, hotel house keeping room services come around 12 pm to 3 pm, their house keeping came around 6/7 pm, but they did not come by themselves, i had to call, verbally tell them or requested via by their switch system. Air conditioning was a joke, even though we set it up for 16 degree it automatically went back to 24 degree, made us sweating a lot. They never changes towels or bed sheets, they just rearranged the old ones. Front desks staffs are sometimes rude.

I booked a normal room that was upgraded to a loft. I have stayed in their loft before with the bed being downstairs with the bathroom however, this time I got a loft with the bed upstairs in the bathroom downstairs. So I asked to get the original room that I booked for but they said that everything is booked up. So instead of getting upgraded, I was actually being put in a room that no one booked. I insisted that I do not want a room that I have to climb down to use the bathroom so they managed to get a room for me, but I have to wait until much later to do it. I had a meeting to go to, so I use the loft room that I got “upgraded” to freshen up, went back out for my meetings and came back close to midnight to move to a new room. They gave me to drink coupons and extended my checkout time though.
