Disappointment of a hotel

Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. Only 2 free water bottles provided each day and they didn’t refill the last day of our stay. We requested their housekeeping staff who was cleaning the room beside us to refill our water but was not given any. No weighing scale. Facilities were not at par with Marriot tang plaza and four seasons that we stayed previously in Singapore. Also first time they cannot extend our request for late afternoon checkout even when we offered to pay due to high level of booking according to the front desk. Service was stiff, impersonal and perfunctory. Makes us feel they don’t care and have no incentive to please.

Best hotel in Singapore

Hilton Orchard is one of the best hotel in Singapore. Always great service and great food, conveniently located in the middle of Orchard road and all the malls, restaurants. Highly recommended!
