Darlyn at the front desk was very helpful. Her assistance in helping with directions and answering my questions made it easy to enjoy Singapore in the short time I had here.
Inside room damp smell and wet, paid extra to move to a room with a window ( did not open ) . At least this room did not smell damp. TV did not work turned on and off by itself. bed quite hard, towel very small and thin, black mould on air conditioner vent can not be good for breathing
Shower very good and close to many food outlets.
maybe Ok 1 night stay budget hotel for singapore but Bangkok has much better hotels at less than half the price.

Towels
I found everything to be good from location, staff, room, cleanliness...etc except 1 thing. The towels are a complete let down. I understand the weather is hot and humid so thin towels are faster to dry after use but they need to be replaced NOW because they are so worn-out. There are things worthed saving money on but new towels are definitely worth it. Ask other customer for their opinions too. My name is Hung Tran, I was there for 3 nights from 04/09/23 to 07/09/23.

Close to Bugis Junction was good
Couple bed bugs in my room and flys from drain
A perfect 3 day stay.
1. Front desk staff were very helpful.
2. The room was small and spartan but was clean.
3.Best location for a visit to all the touristy places of Singapore by foot, bus or train.
It's a small / unique hotel with all the basic supplies. Conveniently located and easy access to the entire little Red dot via MRT where the Bugis Blue Line station is just right next.
The beds were really hard
The room was freezing, even when increased to 25 degrees it was still cold. I asked for blankets and was given an extra sheet. Was told they didnt supply "comforters"
The bathroom was covered in mould
Was told cleaning only happened every 3 days, on day 4 there was no sign of anything having been cleaned: sheets/towels/bathroom still dirty. However the temp had been turned down to 16 degrees!
Was nice and central despite the issues
Very Disappointed. The wall full of moulds. We request for other room but they said no available. Over all its not good room.

Revamp in progress
You could tell this was changing over. Not much was available. Small room with no light meant a worried sleep the night before catching the bus next morning.
Lots of great restaurants nearby and walking distance to museums and galleries.
It's the worst experience I ever had. Try to contact them before my arrival to inform them I got covid and also requested from hotels.com that I need to change to another date or get a refund but hotels.com said they can't be contacted after several days. I had even try to msg, email and call the hotel but to no avail. I am questioning how hotels.com pick the hotels under their listing. How can the hotels not reachable!!!
This is utterly not responsible and thoughtful in this challenging times we are traveling in
