Really a 3 star hotel

Rooms are very small but comfortable. No restaurant, pool bar is open for a couple hours a day for wine and beer. Staff are friendly, and it's convenient location

Very Happy Stay

We were checked in well after midnight by a lovely bright and friendly lady who was very welcoming The location in the Colonial district was great with loads of cafes specialty and local restaurants with minutes walk The rooftop pool is gorgeous Unfortunately the rooftop bar is only opened between 5 - 7 pm while the pool is opened to 10pm…….would be great to have nibbles and drinks while the pool is open

Thatcha and Kaverha made our stay excellent, they were so friendly and helpful as well Thatcha allowed us to book into our room early. The hotel is clean, the room is comfortable and the pool with its stunning views was gorgeous. We also enjoyed our daily complimentary beverage. We will definitely stay here again.

The rooms were quite small and gloomy and looked out onto a small patio area with 'walls' all round (ie no view at all). The gym rooms were also very small. The hotel was not expecting us to have children (our party was mother and daughter and my daughter's 3 grandchildren for 2 rooms). We were expecting there to be a roll out bed but they expected the children (13, 11 and 9) to sleep in the bed with us as they said hotel.com had not passed on that information. They said there was an extra charge for a roll out bed of 70$ per night. In the end they agreed to provide the roll out bed at no charge. The staff were friendly enough but there were few of them. For example we had no help with luggage. The roof top swimming pool is lovely as is 'happy hour' from 5 to 7 each night with free drinks
