Staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean. Carpets in the hallway are dirty and should be cleaned or replaced, but otherwise it was a pleasant stay and highly recommend.

Good central hotel with well trained staff. Decent room with clean sheets, towels and toiletries. There was construction outside our room which was a little noisy during the day but it didnt make a difference to us. Staff helped with taxis and late check-out. Good experience.

Amazing experience
I enjoyed it. The room was big and great. There many outlets in the room. The toilet was clean and there was a bathtub. The view from the room was amazing. The amenities was very satisfactory. The mini fridge was very convenient.

Service is efficient and receptionists are professional and welcoming. We arrived at 930 am i didnt even ask if we can do early check in but they gave us our card key right away. I also requested for an extra chair for our room which was promptly given. We stayed in marriot tang 3months ago where the receptionist was inefficient and rude. I cannot believe the vast difference in service. Kudos to orchard rendezvous
