This is a great hotel. Nicely located. Very close to the Mass Transit System. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel spa was also very nice.

The hotel was clean and in a convenient location, just a short walk to major shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating. While some areas of the hotel felt a bit dated, it was a pleasant stay overall.

Christmas in Singapore

Its often hard to know when booking a hotel if its a good location. As it turns out, the location is fantastic, close enough to the city without being overwhelming, close to the Arab district which is lively and full of great eating options. Public transport options from this hotel are great too, 2 MRT's close by and bus service out the front. We used our hotel as our home base, and were out most days. Our room was always attended to daily which was appreciated. Hoped to use the pool more which was also fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous service in Club. Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel but it was a shame it rained constantly for the whole stay (I’ve now learnt to avoid Singapore during the the F1 race in September, and now learnt to avoid Singapore during Monsoon season as well!).

We enjoyed our stay. Only thing I wish the hotel did was so something special for guests on Christmas morning. Every hotel we have ever stayed in over Christmas, there's a note or a small gift on our door Christmas morning. Nothing huge, just a small gesture. It would have been appreciated. Otherwise, everything was great.
